They will be learning about and trying different types of techniques (oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, etc.) and styles (realism, expressionism, impressionism, etc.) of painting.
Will encourage the students to have fun and express themselves through their art projects.

Grammar Games & Writing Fun

In this class students will explore and review parts of speech in fun ways. We will alternate grammar with writing units. Each writing unit will go through all of the parts of the writing process; from brainstorming to final draft. At the start of every class we will have a fun writing prompt, so each child needs a composition book and folder!

Gym

Students will have fun playing games, problem solving, and improving hand-eye coordination which promote teamwork while also working on their large motor skills. Games and drills will consist of running, throwing, and strategy as well as touching on the foundational agility skills needed for sports like newcomb, gaga ball, sock/floor hockey, and much more!

Science: Wonders of Energy

Watch your young scientists’ minds come alive as they learn about energy and its magnificent power. Through interactive lessons, engaging experiments, and captivating videos, students explore electricity, magnetism, heat, light, and sound as they gain a greater appreciation for the natural laws God organized upon this earth.
